Imagine starting your morning with a perfect coffee at a local cafe, as you look up and around at all of the colorful buildings surrounding you. 
You then enjoy a morning hiking through vineyards with views of the villages and sea below before finding a gelato shop to indulge in as you walk the medieval streets of a magical town. 
After a rest back at your room or in the harbor, you join the group for a sunset boat ride where you jump into the clear blue water, followed by a dinner of local cuisines meant to delight your senses.
